Morning

Not much on my agenda today....a few chores this morning and packing this afternoon......home tonight for dinner

 

STEPS - 13,498

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - 2 ham - cheese - pickle - roll ups

 

S - a few triscuits with old cheddar

 

D - 4 oz beef tenderloin

    1 small potato

    1 cup of Caesar salad

    glass of wine

 

S - WW fudgesicle

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,474,  Carbs - 85 grams,  Fat - 60 grams,  Protein - 89 grams

 

All water....vits

Good morning Barb, its freezing cold up north again today...I am getting cranky lol....Just want a bit of warmth. I cant wait to start walking to work when the weather improves..

B- special K 1%milk...

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow.

L- portabella mush cap with LF cheese and pesto melt..Roast chicken 3 oz..

S- protein bar.

D- 1/2 turkey sausage link..and green beans.

S- hard boiled egg.

Late on here today. We had a big event today at work and I am just getting to a computer now. NOt sure if I drank too much coffee nor not enough food but have the shakes so will drink and sit quiet for awhile. I hope I casn stay awake tonight to go to the east end coffee.

3.5yrs post-op, RNY, maintaining

I don't have much on my agenda for today except resting, might do some knitting and painting in a while and I want to bake something. I would love to squeeze in a nap but I will see.

Today is leftover clean-up day!! 

B- leftover quiche

L- 4 perogies

D- not quite sure yet

for my snacks, I will eat more leftovers... I have soup (not sure if I will eat it tho, might end up down the drain if I don't like how it looks. I got it for lunch yesterday); I made some SUPER yummy quesadillas for dinner last night, loaded with chicken, cheese, bacon, tomato and orange pepper.

I will have a yoguart and a protein shake later.

Getting in my vitamins and liquids.

RNY, 1 Year post op

Good afternoon!  I started today off with a run on the treadmill, but had to go easy as my acheilles tendon has been sore since my run on Sunday.  So I did 1/2 hour (3 miles).  Tonight I'll go for a ride on our bike at home to try to make up for it.

Here's my eating plan for today:

B - 2 poached eggs with Salsa.  Premier shake blended with banana and ice after my run

S - Pepperettes and Cheese

L - Tuna Salad, Spinach Salad, Pudding with PB

S - Apple with PB

D - Butter Chicken, Asparagus

S - Cottage Cheese with Cinnamon, SF Jello

Totals - 1708 calories, 112g carbs, 76g fat, 159g protein
