on 2/25/14 5:56 am
Hi, well I am 3 weeks post op today, feeling fantastic. I have only had a few minor problems, such as really bad gas cramps twice, and a rash that is nearly cleared up. Other than that I am so happy that I had this surgery. When I started Optifast I was 328 pounds, surgery date I was 311, Now I am 291 !!! 37 pounds Gone forever!!
I go to Guelph tomorrow for the nurse and nutritionist follow up. Looking forward to what they have to say. But if anyone is hesitating about having surgery, I strongly recommend it. I am well on my way to a new healthier, thinner me!!!
Have a great night!!
Excellent to hear! What a great feeling, isn't it?! Be incredibly proud of your achievements. It's a wonderful start.
