Wound update....

I just got home from seeing the dr.

He examined my wound, moved it around, debrind it, found and removed 2stitches!! I feel MUCH better now! I think one of the stitches was digging in somewhere, it was a stiff stitch. I am soooo glad I went today. It was a toss up whether to cancel it or keep it, but my nurse said to go. Thank goodness!

I have another follow-up on March 6th. He says I will need a few more weeks off work to finishing healing.

Hello everyone. Glad you are feeling better today Barb. My daughter came home last night to stay the night with her little dog. I am so allergic to him. So all stuffed up. I do not know if she is staying tonight but I must not pick up her dog.

I had a doctors appt this morning. I read a lot on here about people with low iron. Well I appear to have the opposite problem. It was caught in my 2 yr blood work up. I do not take iron supplements so it could mean my body is going a little haywire. I am having the blood work re-done to be sure. Need to find another lab.

b. greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s silhouette yogurt, baby bel

Very easy to make. It only makes 6 at a time. I have been keeping it in the fridge and it seems to be doing fine.
