Premier protein shakes and creamed soup questions.

Hi all, I opened the shake today and the first thing I did was put it into a container with a lid as I didn't want to waste it. How long is it good for? Since I am only drinking small amounts right now. 

Also when you make your canned creamed soups how long do you find they last for? I made tomato today and had it for lunch and dinner. I don't want to end up sick from eating bad food. :-(

If you keep these items closed and in the fridge they should both last a day or two.

A can of cream of mushroom soup lasts me 3 servings. I eat one serving then put the other 2 in containers in the fridge.

When I was first out, a can of soup lasted me a week.

I am just fresh out. Surgery was Tuesday. I was just worried about the milk spoiling. Thank you for the response. I love my mushroom soup, will have to pick some up. I have my son picking me up some pea soup this morning...yummmmm lol

I knew you just had surgery... I was just giving you an idea, that even now, it takes me 3x to eat a can of soup. :) 

Someone had also told me that it would take me a week to eat a can of soup, I thought they were kidding... LOL!! They definitely weren't kidding.

I'm not sure if I have the right person or not, but are you the member that buys the plain protein powder from the Bulk Barn? I am going to pick up some to mix in with my foods. These shakes are horrible. I am drinking them but with each one it's getting harder to stomach. I'm just not a person that can tolerate sweets. 

No... I get mine from Costco... 2kg jug for $40 in vanilla. I add different things to it, depending on what I feel like. Sometimes I add some banana, or strawberries, or just cocoa. 

I tried the beneprotein when I was first out (3.5yrs ago) and I hated it.... YUK... 

I was buying premier protein from costco BUT every case I got was awful... thick, lumpy, stinky and I simply could not choke them down, so I quit buying them and got the vanilla jug instead
