I truly love this gift I have been given. In a very short time Since January 14th I have lost .... 32 pounds. I started Optifast weighing 330 pounds, date of surgery February 4th I weighed 311. Today 298!!!! I have not seen the 200's in years... wow, just wow.

Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)

Yesterday I went out for the first time shopping with my husband, took it slow but felt good to get out, today, feeling good, just made a batch of spaghetti sauce to freeze for my husband and daughter to eat. Smells amazing lol.
