B - 2 large mugs of coffee - 1 reg - 1 decaf
Premier protein shake
S - 1/2 pure protein bar
L - Small chinese chicken salad at California pizza works
D - 1 small piece of thin crust pizza
1 cup of kale salad
S - Skinny cow fudgesicle
Dannon light and fit Greek Yogurt
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,330, Carbs - 142 grams this is way too much for me.....there are 50 grams alone in the salad at lunch....will try to find a better choice online.....Fat - 48 grams, Protein - 89 grams
All water.....vits

Good morning Barb and all. Another grey day. I am having trouble getting ready for work. Would rather just curl up with a book. I am only a few years away from retirement age. I think I better keep working or I will spend ever winter hibernating.
Going out tonight to the East end support group

I think my body has finally settled at it's happy place so I'm ready to start sharing my menu again. Weighing in at 120 pounds and liking it a lot, so I'd like to stay here. lol
B - 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, handful of green grapes, 2 mugs of coffee with a little cream
S - more coffee with cream, 2 oz chicken, sliced tomato and cucumber with a little tzatziki for dipping
L - homemade chicken & vegetable soup - 1.5 cups, 3 saltines, 1 oz cheddar
S - coconut chai fog (I found the most delicious coconut chai tea at Homesense - hope they get more in!)
S2 - coffee with cream, very small slice of banana bread, 3 melon chunks
D - not sure! Going out for dinner with a buddy. I *think* we're going to the Clarkson Pump so likely Southwest Tilapia taco - delish!
