6 Opti to go!! Need help with suggestions

WOW, I can't believe that the time is almost here. The 2 weeks have just flown by. I have had a really good experience with the Opti. My favourite is the vanilla with Crystal Light. Yum yum. I also have to admit that I think I am going to miss them. Weird...who knew 

I was just wondering what are some of the items you have picked up for post op. I am going shopping tomorrow. I have bought unsweetened apple sauce, broth, I have two premier shakes that another member gave me to try. What is the better brand of powder to buy? I want to pick up some Greek yogourt as well, which brand is the best for protein? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I had planned on going shopping earlier in the week but I ended up taking on 5 - 12 hr midnight shifts and I haven't had time to go. I will be so glad when tomorrow at 8am gets here. I'm exhausted. It's hard to sleep when all I can think about is Tuesday.

I lived on pea soup and applesauce...the flavored ones unsweetened

Thank you so much for the response Shelley. Oh boy I love pea soup!! I'll be making up a list tonight while at work. Then when I get up tomorrow I can go. 

I don't have a Costco membership(yet) to get the premier...any other suggestions as I probably won't get there for a few weeks yet. 

Go to gnc and get the powder double chocolate it was good...

I bought the unsweetened applesauce from Dollarama. Motts is the brand and the little tubs are like 11 and 12 grams of sugar. I was worried it was too much. Much I most likely won't be eating it all in one day. Probably like 3-4 days. 

I like greek yogurt that is think. This is a matter f taste. It should not e high in sugar. So I like liberte 0% which has 5 gr sugar.

Try the bulk barn for protein powder. Try to add it to everything you eat after surgery. I like iwin direct because you can order samples.
