What are you doing/eating today ( Thursday)
8 weeks out
Breakfast - "Breakfast Muffin" egg, blue menu cheddar, blue menu breakfast sausage works out to 90 cal, and 3g of fat. I make a batch on Sunday and eat them all week. and a small tomato juice
Snack - 100 gram Source yogurt and 1/8 cup of All bran buds
Lunch - 1/2 cup Costco Chicken Torilla Soup and 1 canned peach slice
Snack- 1/2 a Pillar's pepperette and a Black Diamand String Cheese
Dinner- 2 oz extra lean ground beef, 1 oz blue menu tex mex cheese, 2 tp salsa
Snack- Source yougurt and all bran buds
Good morniung Barb. Hope your back holds out. My husband has been sore since we came back from holidays. Can hardly move today but still off to work. He tells me he will just supervise not do anything physical. He is so sore he can't get into the car to drive so taking TTC although he says that is bad as well. Heaven forbid he actually takes a day off!
