VSG on 02/03/14

I type from my hospital bed; my VSG was yesterday with Dr. Yelle in Ottawa. Two other ladies also had their surgeries yesterday and we are all walking and sipping (and tooting!) as much as possible. We all head home tomorrow assuming tonight goes well.

I am looking forward to learning about my new tummy and to implementing so many of the tips and tricks I have learned on this forum to maximize my success over the coming months. You folks are incredible! Hugs from the Ottawa Civic!
