Wonderful job and great advice! It is hard work the further out we get!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Congratulations Michele! You look fantastic! I recognize you from the TWH meetings - although I haven't been to the last couple. My surgery was supposed to be next week but got postponed to April 1st. Trying to make smart choices until then. Keep up the great work!!
