Superbowl Victory

Super bowl has come and gone for another year and although I did not win the pool of cash I still won.  I cooked garlic parmisian bread. I sat at the table with nachos and buffalo chicken dip and halipanio poppers and chilli and stew and pulled pork and beer and was not temped or bothered by all that food.  I sipped away on my Optifast with chai spice and loved it. My daughter was worried and checked how I was doing often.  But I was fine not a smell bothered my focus. Day 3 OF optifast went off without a hitch. BRING ON THE NEXT 18 DAYS

That was an awesome NSV (non scale victory)! Good for you!  Keep up the good work. It is all so worth it in the end.
