RNY  4 Years 10 Months Post Op

Morning

Running around today....kick off party for a golf tournament tonight.......not sure if I will actually be able to play much with my back....however....going to try

 

STEPS = 5038

 

EATS

B = 2 large mugs of regular coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - 1/2 pure protein bar

 

L - 4 oz baked grouper

    tomato-pepper salad

     1 piece of hot sourdough

 

S - 1 cup of air popped popcorn

     1 glass of wine at the kickoff party

 

D - 1 hamburg patty with all the fixins

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,103,  Carbs - 70 grams,  Fat - 30 grams,  Protein - 105 grams

 

All water....vits

8 weeks and change

 

It must be hard to take it easy when you’re used to being so active Barb. I see your steps are increasing, hope you’re feeling better, soon!

 

My husband has been ice fishing all weekend so I get Walleye (Pickerel) tonight for dinner. The largest he caught was 9 lbs 8 oz. We laughed and said it would take me a month to eat it.

Trying cereal again as I am home today (last time I had a big reaction to it).

 

B- All Bran Flakes, 1 cup 1% milk

 

S- iogo greek yogurt with blueberries w/All Max Isonatural protein 

 

Lunch –ocean’s tuna kit

 

S- grimms turkey pepperette, babybel light

 

Dinner  -walleye, baby carrots

 

FITNESS PAL Calories  757 Carbs  72 (this is bigger than normal)   Fat 17  Protein  90

Morning everyone..

B- bran cereal with 1% milk.and a Tea.

S- home made protein bar.

L- roast chicken 3 0z, and roasted green and yellow peppers..

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow triangle.

D- same as lunch..

S- roasted chick peas. 

I went shopping on weekend and i am now in a size Med..top , it blows my mind..Have a great Monday..Krista..

Hi Everyone,

Barb, I really hope you feel better soon - that must be so frustrating!

I am at my work's head office today, which are always busy days.  I plan to get a Yoga DVD in tonight, then a run in tomorrow morning.

Here's my eating plan for today:

B - 1/2 Paleo bagel (get them from a Paleo takeout place in town and they have no wheat/flour in them at all), 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup berries

S - Larabar, Turkey Pepperettes

L - Spinach salad with egg, bacon, tons of veggies and dressing.

S - Almonds (12), 1/8 cup walnuts, apple

D - Chili (Beef Paleo Chili so no beans)

S - Protein Drink

Totals - 1,539 calories, 127g carbs, 68g fat, 109g protein

Gosh, I'm REALLY late today... lol

L- chicken noodle soup, and I splurged today and got lemon meringue pie.... I haven't had that in FOOORRRRREVERRR

S- leftover pie

D- wraps... made w/chicken fingers, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and ranch dressing

S- maybe a banana

Got all my vitamins in and liquids

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!
