Running around today....kick off party for a golf tournament tonight.......not sure if I will actually be able to play much with my back....however....going to try

D - 1 hamburg patty with all the fixins

It must be hard to take it easy when you’re used to being so active Barb. I see your steps are increasing, hope you’re feeling better, soon!
My husband has been ice fishing all weekend so I get Walleye (Pickerel) tonight for dinner. The largest he caught was 9 lbs 8 oz. We laughed and said it would take me a month to eat it.
Trying cereal again as I am home today (last time I had a big reaction to it).
B- All Bran Flakes, 1 cup 1% milk

Barb, I really hope you feel better soon - that must be so frustrating!
I am at my work's head office today, which are always busy days. I plan to get a Yoga DVD in tonight, then a run in tomorrow morning.
Here's my eating plan for today:
B - 1/2 Paleo bagel (get them from a Paleo takeout place in town and they have no wheat/flour in them at all), 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup berries
S - Larabar, Turkey Pepperettes
L - Spinach salad with egg, bacon, tons of veggies and dressing.
S - Almonds (12), 1/8 cup walnuts, apple
D - Chili (Beef Paleo Chili so no beans)
S - Protein Drink
Totals - 1,539 calories, 127g carbs, 68g fat, 109g protein
