I had my surgery on sept 11th and since then im very happy to report that as of this morning im down 100 lbs since opti.I've got to admit I've had thoughts at the start that it wouldn't work for me even with my wifes success with the surgery three years ago but Im happy to report I was wrong, all I can say is wow! I get so many positive comments and it feels so good and feel a whole lot better and am now looking forward to a much deserved vacation in the DR as the new me since the last trip there was a disaster because I was so fat and uncomfortable and the plane ride home was one to forget, I had gained so much Wieght while there I couldn't get the seat belt around me, I was so embaressed so I didn't even ask for an extender I just sat there without it, so we are going back to the same resort for a do over and rest assured that won't be happing again. So for those that are starting out, it works as im living the dream today in a little over 4 months and I'm now excited about the future for the first time in a long time

100 lbs. in just a little over 4 months! That is fantastic! What a great job you are doing. Your wife must be just as thrilled as you are. Keep up the amazing job and have a wonderful trip down south.

Assessment: January 18, 2013; Met with surgeon: March 8, 2013; Pre-Op scheduled: June 20,2013; Surgery scheduled: July 17, 2013! Surgery Completed!
