1 week post opt -questions!

Hello everyone

I'm a 1 week post opt and I'm feeling great .

i'm getting ready to start the next phase I was wondering if anyone had a tip on what stuff I should buy . Any suggestion and things that maybe you would recommend that I buy .

As of today i am down 30lbs I started opt fast dec 30 - I wonder if I should of lost more.

I need to stop going on the scale each morning.

any suggestions or tips I would love to hear from you .

You lost 30 pounds in only 1 month! I'd say that doesn't happen everyday!

I am still pre op but 30 pounds in one month.....Sounds great to me! Congrats so far.

It sounds like you are doing awesome, for recipe ideas check out the blog, the world according to eggface, Shelly has amazing recipes for the pureed stage including the ricotta bake, you can search it here on OH. I went shopping for the list of things to make after reading her receipes.
