Recipe: Frozen chicken breasts in the microwave
Need cooked chicken breasts but forgot to defrost them?
Happens to me all the time...
Tried this tonight for the first time and it turned out perfect and was super easy too.

The meat was tender and juicy and can be flavoured however you like.
Enjoy!

I think it is a really nice canvas for whatever sauce/seasoning you are in the mood for. I went asian with 3 breasts so I added siracha, soy, garlic, onion, ginger, and a pinch of 5-spice. I was thinking of maybe chicken salad with the rest, haven't decided yet. I thought at first that it would be all dried out and such because the micro tends to do that to stuff, but it was just lovely and easy to cut up into little pieces too. When you get to the point where it is allowed let me know what you think...
Thanks for the tip. Will try it.
