Today is 1 week post-op!

Hello all,

Well, the 3rd scheduled surgery date was the charm after all! I had my DS surgery last Wednesday. The pain has been much more than I thought it could be. I ended up staying another night in the hospital in order for them to help control the pain.  I am very thankful to say, that it woke up on Monday feeling MUCH better! Now, I wouldn't say that I feel good...but I had felt just horrible before that. 

I'm looking forward to seeing what improvements I will have each day...and getting back to some form of 'normal'.
