RNY  4 Years 9 Months Post Op

Morning

Another day of rest and rehab ahead.......trying to do a little each day......I am down another pound which is good news for me.......especially with the strange eating I have been doing while taking the meds

 

STEPS - 3670

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee- reg and decaf

      Premier protein shake

 

S - 1 Arnolds "thins" roll

     1 TB of peanut butter

 

L - 1 ham-cheese and pickle roll up

 

D - 1 fish cake

    1 cup of kale salad

 

S - 1 Dannon Greek yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL Totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 986, Carbs - 82 grams,  Fat - 33 grams,  Protein - 94 grams

 

All water......more decaf coffee.....and all vits

Lunch –black forest ham; iogo greek yogurt w/protein powder

S- cottage cheese w/mrs dash

Dinner  -creamy curried chicken

Good afternoon :)

Just lounging around today. I have a BUSY day tomorrow, ugh. Mooorrrrre blood work in the morning! 

B- oatmeal

S- some grapes

L- toasted tomato and cheese sandwich

S- Protein shake... made with banana, strawberry yoguart, milk and protein powder

D- leftover night... got alot of food left over from the last few days

S- not sure yet

working on vitamins

S - 1/2 cup of raspberries 1/2 of 1% cottage cheese 1 tsp splenda brown sugar blend

L - Double Chocolate Soft Baked Pure Protein Bar

D - Large chili from Wendys, 15 grams of shredded cheddar

All water & vitamins  My fitness Pal totals:  30g fat, 73 carbs, 15 fiber, 88 protein
