I was shocked to hop on the scale this morning to see a 13.2 lbs weight loss!!! YAY me! If I can do it, anyone can! I USED to be the queen of no will power... NOT ANYMORE!!!!

Surgery date is Oct. 17th, 2013 in Ottawa. I was referred to the clinic in September 2012. The person performing my surgery is Dr Amy Neville.

Congrats on this loss! I am so glad you posted this because tomorrow is my opti start day and I am nervous about it. I know I will do it but I know it is going to be hard.

I start my Optifast on Thursday but I think u and I have the same surgery date.

Which flavour do u like best?

Yes we do have the same surgery date! What hospital are you going to? Who is your surgeon?

It will be 2 weeks on optifast for me tomorrow (13 days down 8 to go!) and I am down 22 lbs..
