Yogurt?

I also liked the President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt, the amount of protein per serving was very nice and I added SF jam.  You will find that you cannot eat a whole serving to begin with so please only buy a little bit a first otherwise it may expire before you get around to eating it all.  I had leftover applesauce that I donated to my local food bank.  Applesauce aids in binding things up down below and I certainly did not want to be constipated.

Good luck,

I think it depends on your preference... TWH says the source, silhouette in their nut class. I used to get liberte plain greek yoguart but found I liked oikos plain greek yoguart better.

When I was first out, I tried quaker instant oatmeal, it was fine BUT my tummy didn't like it. Now I can eat it. I just kept trying it.

Each food will be different...some things will not be tolerable, others will be... things you liked before surgery, you may not like after and visa versa.

I have been eating the liberte plain greek with sweetener added.

the other day ii added a drop of vanilla extract and after 3 bites it came back up. So weird!

i have not yet tried the source but it sounds like i need to. I guess its sweetened with aspartame?

as for oatmeal, i use quaker quick cooking made with milk and add frozen berries or sweetener. Also regular cream of wheat.

I really like the source and PC 0% fat greek yogurt and have been trying many of the flavours.  I still can't tolerate oatmeal yet (6 weeks post-op)  I may try in another month.  Good luck with your surgery.

Hello,

I don't know if you can get it up there, but down here in the southern USA, Dannon Light and Fit has some really tasty flavors with low sugar!

The Kirkland plain Greek yogurt from Costco is fabulous. You can eat it sweet with some sugar free syrup drizzled on or savoury by adding a little Knorr soup mix  or spices mixed in,
