Morning
My menu will look different again today as I need to eat something just before and after I take my pain meds........they work great on the pain.....but boy do they kill my GI tract
STEPS - didnt wear my fitbit yesterday for likely the first time in 18 months.....I will guess at 2500
EATS
B - premier protein shake
L - 1 cup of eggbeaters with shredded cheddar
D - 1.5 cups of slow cooker pepper steak with a bit of rice
S - 1 piece of whole wheat bread and peanut butter
1 greek yogurt
1 popsicle
cheese and crackers
MYFITNESSPAL TOTALS FOR THE ABOVE MENU ARE: Calories - 1,365, Carbs - 142 grams, Fat - 34 grams, Protein - 124 grams
not my usual stats.......but these pills are a killer

B - 2 sf pudding cups (it was a lazy morning, what can I say? lol)
S - apple martini crystal light
L - herdez refried beans with cheese, herdez mild salsa, plain greek yogurt (sooo good)
S - decaf tea or coffee
D - Leftover cincinatti chili on miracle noodles with cheese and raw onion
S - Low carb toast with peanut butter

Good afternoon :)
Just relaxing in bed today, so far. Hubby went for a snowmobile ride... BRRRR!!! When he gets back, maybe we might go to the mall; I need some new earrings; but we will see.
B- french toast, I had a craving
L- 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
D- it feels like a soup kind of day
snacks- not really sure, going to make a shake later but unsure of anything else at the moment
working on vitamins and liquids

B-scrambled egg, salsa, pc light tex mex cheese
S- ½ protein bar – my first – I was showing houses and needed something - I will limit these!
Lunch –a homemade chicken salad I made up – had some shredded lettuce with it (my first lettuce - yeah me!)
S- iogo greek yogurt (with Blueberries) w/protein powder
Dinner -beef stew

Hmm cold day, only activity aside from running about the house was going out with my boys to look at paint chips and roam around Walmart (bought nothing)!
Breakfast :
Two blue menu breakfast sausages and beans
Lunch :
Pasta with meat sauce (homemade) and a sesame seed cookie (benne wafers)
Supper:
Onion tart (made with onions/cheese/sour cream). and a tri coloured pepper salad.
