If you are tracking your foods (on myfitnesspal or another tracker) ... 40/30/30 means .. 40% protein/ 30% carbs/ 30% fats, totals for your daily food intake.
I used to mix mine up a little bit.. 50/25/25 is usually what I did.
OR, if you are tracking it by numbers, I used to aim for 80-120g protein, 30-60g carbs and 20-50g fats per day
BELOW GOAL Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!! Life is GREAT!!! Had my plastic surgery!

Aww the stall.....it messes with your brain like crazy. I am almost 10 months out, and I have stalled for like 2 months now. I jump between 203 - 200.5. One day I dropped to 199.5 but up the next. I have lost inches, upon inches but the scale doesn't want to move, I can't say its easy, but the best thing to do is get off that darn scale. Put it away, weigh in once a week, and try to remember the number on the scale is not the only success we have. Inches, how you feel, how you think you look. All the joys in life !!!! I am frustrated with the scale, but I refuse to believe that 200.5 lbs is my bottom line, I hear 160lbs calling me !!!! good luck !!!!
