7 weeks today

Wow, that is huge steps! From what I see our team (Waist Management) needs them! I am trying to increase mine as well but my silly treadmill doesn't work on the 3 setting which is best for my walking, 2 is too slow...I tried 4 and my knee was screaming at me.  Cannot wait for it to warm up so I can walk outside. I live on a 350 acre farm but cannot walk anywhere with the snow as it is.

I seem to be down in weight again but I am afraid to declare it until I know the stall is really over (had this happen to me a couple of weeks ago). I think the increase in calories has helped or my body just decided to say, 'ok, you can lose weight again'.

B-premier protein shake

S- ½ c fat free cottage cheese w/a dash of mrs dash

Lunch –ocean’s tuna snack kit

S- iogo greek yogurt (with Blueberries)

Dinner  -turkey quinoa meatloaf w/2 brocolli

I really like it!

I like savory more than sweet. I also find that I crave spicy. Wasn't a big spicy girl pre-op but I like it now.  Funny how our tastes work post-op.

Good morning Barb. It is a balmy -15 in Toronto today. weather network says it feels like -23. I have worn fleece lined leggings everyday this week under my pants. The only thing cheering me on is I am going away on Saturday. I hate to tell people freezing here but I am off to Cuba where it is 25 in the plus at the moment.

I met Vi Vi at TWH on Monday. She is from up north. Even she found Toronto cold. It is the dampness here. At least there is not much wind today

b greek yogurt, granola, black berries

s silhouette yogurt and sf pudding, not together

l churry chicken and apple

s protein bar

d chicken and cabbage salad

s silhouette yogurt.

I am trying to clean out my fridge so meals and snacks are whatever I need to use up

cal 1151, carb 110, prot 106.2

Stay warm out there everyone
