I had 2 c-sections prior to my RNY and it was not an issue for me.

Orientation: Apr. 3, 2012; SW&NP: May 29, 2012; Nutrition class: June 19, 2012; Nutritionist: Aug. 29, 2012; Surgeon: Nov. 9, 2012; Surgery date:January 15, 2013; Highest weight: 357     Start of Opti weight: 338.6     Surgery Weight: 322.4

I had 2 c-sections and my gallbladder out before RNY.  No problems.  The only time there might be problems is if there is a lot of internal scar tissue.  I had no problems with that though.

I had my csection 11 mths before my surgery and no problems...as others have said if u have the bikini cut csection it won't matter because the cuts u get are above the pubic bone area way above
