HRRH Surgeons - your review
I was referred to the HHRH centre and I had Dr. Lindsey as my surgeon. He was out of St. Joe's but I only needed to go there for my surgery. I am now almost 6 weeks out and have had no complications post RNY. He was quite personable and made me feel very comfortable with my choice. I was very scared about the risks going into the process.

I am having surgery tomorrow, my surgeon is David Starr. He was so informative and explained each surgery and told me why he thought the RNY was for me. I had already decided i wanted the RNY. He was actually very funny and had an excellent bedside manner. Whatever your decision, it is yours alone and you have to have confidence in the surgeon doing it. Good luck in whatever decision you make.

Dr Starr did my RNY Jan 11 2013. He is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. The only complications I had was 5 months after my rny when I ended up needing my gallbladder out. Dr Starr did that surgery as well. I called his office to see if could discuss him removing my gallbladder for me and they had me in a week later to remove it.
I had Dr. Quoc Huynh for my RNY on November 20, 2013 - Amazing surgeon - Super kind, great bedside manner, very through. Will answer any questions you have. I had no complications, no pain. I was back to work within 2 weeks (desk job). I am two months out today and down 58 pounds. I am thankful that he did my surgery.

I also had Dr Hunyh and from start to finish and aftercare has been wonderful. Awesome bedside repore and very caring. Best Dr I have ever had. I have had a hernia operation since the surgery and Dr Hunyh did the surgery and he has followed through with me and calls to see if I am better and all. Would recommend him and Dr Hagen in a heartbeat. Very caring, gentle and genuinely does not make you feel like a number or just another case. Very hands on and very touch feely kind of man. Shakes your hand and very reassuring at ALL times. Best Dr I ever had!
