Starting 2 weeks of Optifast tomorrow, nervous but excited at the same time. Hope it goes down without a hitch so took advice I seen from others here and bought a cup with a straw.

I am starting my 2nd week of 3 ... don't be nervous, just follow the instructions you have been given, its not the easiest thing I have ever done, but keeping my eyes on the prize in the thing that keeps me going. You can do this !!!
