one month post op as of last wednesday.
Today is my only day off this week as I have to work Sunday as well - sigh. Oh well, I could use the extra money to be honest. Will be heading to the gym this morning to get in my cycling and pump up my numbers for team Waist Management. Go Waist!
b - blood orange, poached eggs on low carb toast, peppermint tea

Taking lots of vits right now so I am ready for my next blood test, hopefully I am cleared this time - fingers crossed. I have recently added more fruit to my daily menu to help with digestive problems I was having, and it works really well. I had cut them out nearly entirely in order to lower my carbs. I am still limiting it to a max of 2 per day. Feel way better since I started eating them again.

Good morning Barb. Have fun golfing. When I got off the streetcar last night it was so mild and the sun was out, I went home and got the dog for a walk. It was colder as I got closer to the lake bu****ching the sun go down was invigorating. I would never of done that 2 years ago. I was always so tired and sore. I love my RNY!
Need to get moving today. Off for a walk with the dog. Kind of miserable out there but he and I need the exercise. Need to do lots of errands today.

Thought my stall was gone…it is not – not sure what the hell happened to my scales but I am about ready to shoot them. This is so frustrating. How could someone not lose weight on 800 calories a damn day?? I know I have to hang tight but so frustrated…..Argh….HATE! This is the highest calorie count I’ve had in a day. My nut said 800-1000 calories a day so I am going to try upping them.

Your carbs seem a bit high. A lot of post-ops aim for no more than 30 grams, and all from fruits and veggies only. No bread.
Just a thought. Everyone is different with losing. Sometimes it's not how many calories you are eating, it what you are eating.
I rarely ate bread for the first year. In fact it is really only become a part of my diet since I started training and running long distances.
Its a slippery slope, as many have said. Carbs like bread are easy to eat, almost a slider food for some. Stick to protein first, then veg THEN if you can fit it in, starch.
