Info on OHIP

Hello, I am new here and hoping to get surgery in Guelph. I am waiting for my post-op nutrition class. My question is what part of this process is not covered by OHIP. I will lose my Sun life benefits in a few months. Thank you for any help.

The Optifast shakes you'll drink before surgery aren't covered, but they're not covered by insurance either. Also if you don't have a drug plan any medications you may need for pain or acid reflux, stool softners etc after surgery will have a cost. Other than that everything else is covered under OHIP :)
