Feel Naive...?? Opinions Needed
No unfortunately - would have been easier I was in the area but went and wasted time across the street at the mall ( if we can call it a mall!!??)
My appointment was at noon - but I tried to squeeze my blood work in before hand - - didn't work since they were short staffed and hadn't even grabbed up those green passports out of the drop-box ..so had to run back over after my Dr Sohi meeting ..but they got me in super fast and the nurse who took my blood was FABBBBULOUS - she made it painless and it must have flowed like a fire-hose because i even asked her after - are you sure you got all you needed? haha
We're you there ? Hope your day was a sucess!

reading nutritional labels and realizing how big a serving really is...is also a good place to start
At 5 years post-op I still read nutritional labels, partly because I dump from sugar and because I want to know how many calories/carbs etc are in a single serving
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
