Had a great work-out with a new trainer yesterday.....my muscles were wobbly all day.
Golfing this morning followed by lunch with friends......dinner out tonight at the best Italian restaurant I have been to in years.

Good morning Barb. Sounds like a great day. Thought you would like to know it will be a balmy 2 deg. here today. Probably no sun. I am off to the dentist this morning. Just for a cleaning but still dread it. Probably a hang over from when I was a kid and they seldom used freezing

Hi all! Yeah, Pat, this is one of those months where our second and third Tuesday and Monday don't line up well with the TWH first and third Wednesdays. I'm wondering whether we should maybe just switch to Wednesdays completely, and that way everyone can just come on Wednesdays to both if they like - and they never get mixed up. Easier to remember that way. Maybe for February if people are okay with the idea.
Today: an all-day course for work, then picking my son up from an appointment, then taking him to an art supply store to pick up some stuff for a school project, then going to coffee night. Busy day! Might have to cut out of coffee night a little early if my kid needs help with his school project. I'm hoping the due date for his assignment isn't tomorrow. Better not be, anyhow. Since I'm going to be at a hotel all day for the course, there will be no place to warm anything up for lunch, so I guess I'm going to try to bring stuff that doesn't require refrigeration or microwaving. That's kind of tricky!

B - Protein bar - I know, terrible breakfast but I'm running low on the everyday stuff despite having a stuffed fridge of leftovers. Must shop.
S - cheese and crackers - the cheese will keep until snack time. And a clementine.
L - lettuce and berry salad sprinkled with parmesan cheese and a bit of oil and vinegar. Hmm, protein...some nuts, I guess. Pretty weak. I'm determined not to buy lunch out. Trying to get used to less income before I move back to my lower-paying position.
S - Roasted edamame beans and another clementine.
D - Leftovers - beef rolls with red cabbage, a bit of potato, and a bit of gravy
S - Not sure, will think of something.

Got my vitamins in for the morning so far :)
I am going to an orientation session tonight to check out some axe throwing. Yes... there is an axe throwing league in the city and it looks like fun. Next week I am checking out the gym by me to see what is going on and start really getting my ass in gear.

L - Fire Roasted Sweet Pepper and Tomato Soup with a tablespoon of protein powder
S - Homemade Chicken Soup (no noodles) with a tablespoon of protein powder (try to find a chicken soup without noodles on myfitnesspal...yikes)
D - Half a salmon filet, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with no milk, 2 tablespoons of cut green beans
