Difficult to stay on track when you are achy and tired Pat....take care of yourself

Funny......but I find too many simple carbs make me tired and achy too....( not suggesting you are over imbibing).....your words were just the perfect description of how I feel when I really get going on bread and other simple white carbs

I have been over doing the carbs. All the bad ones. Maybe that is contributing. Really need to get back on the horse. I know 5 lbs is not a lot but in my mind it is the beginning  of a slippery slope. I really need to get my head into this.

Good morning everyone! I know it sounds crazy---but now I find myself renaming my food... When my friend came over, I asked if she wanted some chips and dip or cheesies and dip. When I gave her sliced rounds of English cucumber with hummus and baby carrots with FF Ranch dressing, she gave me the “you’re insane look” and proceeded to eat every last bit.  After the movie she said, “Do you have any more chips and dip, they were delish!”    I love how supportive my friends are. enlightened

L- 2 boiled eggs with FF Miracle Whip

S-Skinny Latte

D- Minced turkey and diced tomatoes
