Scheduled on Surgery

Finally, I scheduled for gastric sleeve surgery by the help of PlacidWay and it will be held on April 2014. How I wi**** will be successful just like my surgery before. By the way, did anyone here already did gastric sleeve? How was the experience? Wish me luck!

I have a sleeve. I had it done in October. I'm done 46lbs. No issues, very smooth.... loving life.

I had a sleeve at TWH only issue Ihave is water taste's horrible to me.

Both myself and my sister had the sleeve, I take antacids, my sister has never had any problem.  I is as good a tool as an R&Y, you need to remember it is a powerful tool and will only work as hard as you work it.

Hi Roxy, great post! I will be having RNY hopefully within the next few months. I plan on working hard, as this has been a lifelong battle and I'm done with it. 

I meet with my surgeon next week and will hopefully get my date. I see your from Cobourg, Port Hope here :-)

How long ago did you have your VSG?

 

Hello Kim.  I had my surgery last April.  I am at goal & life is good as long as I stick to the few simple rules.  Hopefully we will see you at our next meeting in Cobourg.

I am hoping to make it, do you know of a date yet? I wasn't able to make the last one.
