4 months post op today!

Afternoon all,

i've been pretty quiet on the forums since post Op. Long story short I've been busy living life, Down 95lbs as of this AM, Work out with personal trainer 5-6 times a week and to add to that had major Kidney surgery(unrelated) 5 weeks after RNY. 

I've posted a few before and after pics , Amazing tool RNY but it's alot of hard work post op that has me happy with my results so far.

Hey - long time no talk - good news on the 95 down - ur doing awesome !!

Thanks man, as you know life gets crazy busy post op. I'm trying lots of new things i'm a gym rat now and just getting out and away from the computer.
