Day 3 of Opti..

I'm constantly peeing, all the time....I mean, I went lots before, but now, wow, I'm glad I'm home today!

Day 3 of fasting, going better than yesterday....I'm glad I bought some broth, it's sure nice in the evening.

Taking fiber capsules cause I don't want to get constipated! It says to take 5 capsules w meals 3 x's a day, but I haven't taken that many, maybe 5 for the whole day.. I'm afraid of the Opti Trotts.....

How are my Opti twins doing? 

Peeing, i know, i'm constantly in the bathroom.

I too am enjoying the broth and the jello. 

I am using clearly fibre in my shakes as i think the trotts would push me over the edge with the headache and the fatigue.

Just gotta get through this week.  My colleague will be back from Hawaii next week so I can transfer care and have my doc sign me off if I am still as lethergic and headachey.  Having a hard time putting my thoughts together and I must be synapsing appropriately in my job

I am sniffling all the time.  Did not have a cold before I started this and have no other symptoms.  I wonder if I am allergic to this stuff?

How are you with Aspartame? This will cause headaches. 

I cannot work with my head pounding, so I just take what ever I can to get rid of it.

I know it's only day 3, but I feel like I've been doing this for awhile now!!!!!

I'm enjoying some herbal tea right now....mmmmmmm.

I'm on the home stretch. I've been on Opti for 2 weeks, and have my surgery in 6 days.  Haven't taken anything, and haven't had the opti-trots at all - whew!  I'm actually enjoying this phase since I found the Opti ****tail that works for me.

Did you stop caffeine a while before starting Opti? That can also cause headaches.... I haven't had one at all.

no i still have one coffee a day.  i take mine black anyway so its ok.  i drink 2-3l of water a day as well so my one vice will not dehydrate me in the least

Hi there,  I am on day 4 and I'm sick of drinking.  I am full and satisfied with jello and broth but I miss chewing.  Gums not cutting it.  Otherwise It's going well.  I've even lost 8lbs!
