Opti Headache

Well today is Day 3 of Opti. I have great difficulty getting the vanilla in despite adding stuff. It is always my last shake so I can throw it out if having a hard time.

But Hokey Dina this headache is gonna do me in!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PATT went well though so nothing stopping me now. Determined and focused to the end!

One foot in front of the other and this mission will be completed!

I just had the vanilla, w Crystal Lite...mmmmm, I add 500 mls of water, I like that way best...

How's it going for you? I had a headache too, I took Buckley Complete Liquid Gels, only thing to get rid of it... was gone the whole day.

Day 3 my friend....on wards we goooo!!!

I added instant coffee to both the chocolate and vanilla. I definitely tolerated the chocolate better. Hope the headache goes away soon.

i love coffee and I tried instant coffee in my shakes and I did not enjoy that at all

Aside from the headache, i have lethargy (not surprised) but sniffling all the time

Did anyone else have the sniffles?

Robyn,

We should get together and trade some of our vanilla and chocolate (I'm in Oshawa)! I'm on Day 7 of 21 and can barely keep the chocolate down.

The headaches are brutal and I'm exhausted. I feel nauseous 24/7 and my intestines are in knots. If I never see another package of Opti after this it will be too soon.

Keeping on keeping on. Going to get there if it kills me!!!

Hello Ladies and to my sister,

I am allergic to aspartame and I was told I dont have to take it when I am ready for my surgery, I did buy it and was made aware of the aspartame by my sister (she loves me) I will be taking it back to the surgeons office for a refund. I was told I will be going on a very strick diet for the two weeks.

I;ve been on Optfast for 10 months now the first 5 days were not good but so used to it.It taste the best when I PUT THE SHAKER CUP IN THE FREEZER FOR AN HOUR.cRYSTAL LT. tastes the best and the Chocolate if great using 500 ml. of water. So much upset about using this when it couldn't be easier.
