Good morning all. Suppose to be a little warmer today. Hope so standin waiting for transit can get a little chilly. My husband booked up a vacation to Cuba yesterday. So I am thinking warm thoughts. Must lose the extra 4 lbs before I go. Do not want to add to this. Night time eating has been bad but now I have a goal I am hoping to curb it. Fell asleep in my chair last night and woke up with really bad leg cramp. I think this means I need some more potassium or something . Must do some reading

Your menu looks good. At two years out I am cutting back on the shakes as well. Trying to get all my protein from food. Seems to be going pretty good.

I seem to be doing pretty good, I think I am going to keep the breakfast shake though, during the week I was never a breakfast person which is so bad, this is quick and easy for me. Plus I like my brand of shake and mixed with some coffee, its a great treat! LOL

Sounds like a good plan. Many people who do not like breakfast find this works for them.

Do not know where you are located but be careful out there. So much ice on sidewalks in Toronto. I missed my stop on the streetcar this morning and even Queen W. was icy

Thanks for the heads up. I'm from Toronto as well. I usually walk along Eglinton -- anywhere from the Eg.West subway to Bayview Ave.

I'm thinking about investing in those ice cleats you can put over your boots. During the power outage, my sister-in-law lent me a pair of her Nordic poles and we went walking through her icy neighbourhood. It was fun. Hope you have a great day. enlightened
