I by no means have a bony butt, but lately I can't sit for more than 15 minutes without my tail bone aching. It's especially bad in movie theatre seats and on hard chairs. I have a REALLY long way to go before my butt is skinny, so am I just sitting incorrectly? I know I've seen people mention this tail bone issue before, any tips on how to lessen the ache?

I am told it is a normal part of your body adjusting to your changing body. My tailbone is killing me and I constantly rubbing my behind!! I am always sitting on a pillow and it is better if I sit up straight. I will just tough it out and wait for it to pass.

LOL, I have the same problem as well. Even my hips in bed ache if I lay on my side for too long. I use a pillow when sitting, it's not a 100%, but it helps.
