What are you eating doing today (Tuesday)

Well is everyone! I am trying to decide what to make for tonight since we will be staying in and probably fall asleep early

Happy New Year everyone

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s cranberry crackers

l turkey soup, apple

s pure protein bar

d chicken, salad

26 Days Post Op

Steps –3347 – still have the cold but not as bad

Sleep 8 hrs 20 minutes  up all night with the Hubby coughing :o(

B- Premier Protein Shake, decaf coffee with milk

S- Danone greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of all max isonatural powder

Lunch – 1/2 small Tim Horton’s chili – 3 soda crackers

S- 2 melba toast with hummus

Dinner  - very small serving of homemade lasagna with cottage cheese/low fat beef

Calories  808  Carbs  54    Fat  29    Protein  80  Sodium  1874  Sugar 13
