 Being off work has me confused what day it is. My husband going back to work helped. I have gained a couple of pounds with poor choices so eating better today. Off soon for a long walk with the dog.

b greek yogurt, granola, banana

l turkey barley soup, apple

s protein/skim milk shake

d soup, silhoutte yogurt

s not sure

So far cal 905 carb 112.4, prot 88.7

Morning everyone. Back to work today. Still not feeling 100% with this flu. .I did make our turkey diner yesterday though.

B- tea and some protein shake.

S- protein bar.

L- turkey ( 3 0z). table spoon mashed potatos, table spoon dressing and a little gravy.

S- rest of protein shake.

D- turkey lettuce wrap...Some asparagus.

S-  cheese string..

I will try and get everything on but we will see..Krista..

I am up 7 pounds since my surgery in November. No exercise, and poor....really REALLY poor eating. Boo. I keep getting back on the horse for most of the day, and then nighttime eating begins. This must stop!! Yesterday I went for a 5k run and felt good by the end. The beginning sucked! I feel gross and huge. Things still fit and everything, i'm just uncomfortable. I left room for bounceback.....but I don't like it here.

Anyhow, i'll stop complaining now LOL

B: goat yogurt mixed with 0% silhouette yogurt

S: hard goat cheese and Evelyn's crackers

L: chicken breast and salad

S: say cheese cheesecake

D: unsure...but I know ross will make me something with protein and salad

without dinner my stats are

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I hear you about the night time eating. That has definitely been a fact in my weight gain.

RNY, 1 Year, 2 months post-op

Good afternoon, everyone!

It's back to work for me today so things are busy - plus the kids are at home so it's tougher to get things done (working from home).  I plan to do my yoga video at some point today, and go for a long run first thing tomorrow.

Here's my eating plan for today:
B - yogurt with berries, all bran and SF syrup

S - Pepperettes and cheese

L - Tuna salad with melba toast and spinach salad, SF pudding with PB

S - SF Pudding with PB, veggies with hummus

D - Ham with asparagus

S - Jello, Cottage cheese with cinnamon/splenda

Totals - 1,321 calories, 104g carbs, 55g fat, 116g protein

I went to TWH for my blood tests, so no food before. A bus and a streetcar later (don’t want to pay for parking), the blood clinic was closed and not opening until Jan. 2nd.  I’ll have to go back on the 3rd because my 3 month checkup is at the end of Jan.  A nice guy at the food court scrambled an egg and nuked it for me. It hit the spot.

From there I met up with friends at Costco and got home at 3:30 pm. Not the food day a had originally planned, but I'm proud of myself for not just grabbing a muffin or some other quick fix.
