5 months post op *with pics*
Even though the road has been a struggle..being that I have hit MANY stalls..the proof is always in the numbers. BMI from 42-31.5... 53.75 inches in total lost and 71lbs down. It has been quite a ride and the results are amazing. Still have a bit to go but I will get there before I know it. Had a few NSV's this month as well..I hit onerland, I can wrap a towel around my body again and I completed 100 push ups last night at boxing. Christmas Eve morning my 2 girls and I will run in the Reindeer Romp 5km. I can't wait! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years everyone!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
