Another sleepless night for me.  I'm going to be running on fumes soon.  We laid hardwood for 12 hours yesterday and have another 12 hour day of it today I would think.  No formal exercise needed this past week that is for sure.  Eats are kinda all over the place but here is the best of my knowledge what I think I'll have today.

B - protein shake

S - greek yogurt

L - minestrone soup, ham and cheese rolled together with a few garlic stuffed olives

S - another greek yogurt, cutie orange

D - haddock with a bit of tartar sauce, side green salad.  Making pasta for them but I don't like pasta so fi**** is.

B- Premier Protein shake – everyone was right, the non-lumpy ones taste not too bad!

S- Danone – Silhouette Fat Free Greek Yogurt Vanilla twist, loaded with 1 scoop LeanFit Vanilla Protein

Lunch – Mexican Delight – two premium plus crackers

S- ½ c unsweetened apple sauce – 1 scoop LeanFit Vanilla Protein

D- scrambled egg, ¼ c milk, two slices of melba toast, 1 slice of Maple Leaf Natural Selections Smoked Black Forest Ham

RNY  4 Years 8 Months Post Op

Morning

I guess I am the late one this morning!!...lol.....I am really sleeping thru the night the past week....first time in years.....I guess retirement agrees with me so far

Need to work on some Christmas shopping today.....so will be out the door to hit the stores early.....out for lunch and home for dinner....too much "out for lunch and dinner lately".....killing my eating plans

STEPS - 10,265

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - bowl of soup of some kind

     1/2 sandwich

This may change depending on the restaurant

 

D - 3 oz beef tenderloin - the last of it!!...I am so sick of beef

    3 cups of green salad with full fat dressing

 

S - 2 finncrisp with 1 TB of peanut butter

Sorry to hear about the sleeping. With all the work you are doing I would have thought you sleep from exhaustion. Perhaps just too tired? Hope you get sleep soon.

Before surgery I could not eat bananas, they caused major indigestion. Now I can eat them again. Very strange

Good Morning!!! No sleep is no good :( I hope you get some today.

 

7 weeks post op and feeling good! Trying a new protein shake this am...not so good. :(

Sorry you have not been sleeping. It has never been my problem. I went to the Gym this morning and did my aqua fit class. It felt good. then I came home and shovelled the driveway.
