So I managed to weigh myself today after not doing so for the last two weeks due to packing moving and unpacking. I felt that over the last 1.5 weeks I have eaten much more and that I probably gained weigh but I got on the scale and saw 176.6 lbs.!!!

The nutritionist set my goal at 180 lbs and said it should take me about 1.5 years but I am exactly 1 month away from my one year anniversary and have reached goal!!!

My personal goal is about 168 lbs so it is getting very close. I can't believe it!

I know I am much smaller than before but most of the time I feel the same and have not gotten completely used to the fact that I am now a "normal" size.

Also I can now say I am half the person I used to be since my highest weight was 357 lbs so I have lost (from my max weight) 180.4 lbs!!!

I love my RNY!!!

To all of you just starting the process... don't get discouraged. It feels like an eternity but now being on the other side I can tell you that time flies and you will get there!!!
