Hi Everyone,

I'm secretly freaking out a bit and not sure if it's warranted. Please feel free to give opinions.

At 4 months out I average 700-900 cals/day with good healthy proteins. My portions are good and I work out a lot.

Last night I was at a Christmas party and I had a variety of little protein things; however, my end calories for the day were 1100! I freaked out a little thinking I was slipping back into old bad habits.

How many calories is okay at 4 mths (probably relative) and is my anxiety validated? Thanks!

You are doing just fine!, this is a life style not a diet, you have to be able to have a treat once in awhile and eat things you wouldn't normally. As long as it's not bags of chips or thousands of calories over your daily requirement every day.

LOL!!

Don't freak out! It's ok. 1100cals is pretty average. I'm surprised that your nutritionist didn't tell you to up your cals at your 3month appt. By 4months out, I was consuming 900-1100cals/day.

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Hi Leanne,
She told me to up them to 1300 at least, but that seems a bit crazy to me but thanks for your advice!!
