Any idea what caused it? Hopefully you won't have to experience it again.

just keep an eye on the sugar intake, you really have to pay attention to any sugar......, sugar alcohol levels in everything you eat...if you are reading labels you will see how almost everything you eat contains sugar

Someone else mentioned sugar alcohols.  I find these effect me even worse than regular sugar.  Also, I'm way more sensitive to sugar content in frozen dairy than anything else.  Dumping is horrible!  To me, the only thing that trumps it is getting something stuck.  Sorry you had to experience that.  I'm thankful I am one of the ones who does dump though.  It keeps me in line - it helps me to remain mindful of what I put in my mouth.
