OT- Two weeks in and out of hospital, and 2 surgeries later....

Thank you again to all of you *****sponded on here, and privately.

It was one of the most painful things I have ever gone through, but now am doing much better.  The only issue is now I have a stent that has one end sitting in my kidney, travels the whole way down my ureter and the other end sits in my bladder, which is really uncomfortable.  But compared to the pain I had before, its a walk in the park.

Thank you all again, the support and people on this forum are amazing!

wow. sounds serious.  Hope everything is better now.  Emergency surgery is scary. But.....the bonus of any surgery is the weight loss. lol

I agree...usually when I am sick I gain weight...after the first surgery I came home 3 lbs heavier due to all the iv fluids they were putting in...so I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale and saw the 16lbs gone.
