What exercise are you doing today??
I meet with my new personal trainer tonight. My other trainer injured his knee. I'm a bit sad, as I really like him and he's been with me since I started this fitness journey working my way down from about 345 lbs when I started with him, to my current level of under 197 lbs! He's seen it all...from my barely able to get down to, and up from, the floor, to my fairly decent fitness level today! Anyway, this new trainer is temporary, until my regular trainer is back on the healthy list (fingers crossed).
Don't know what she has planned for me. It is technically a demo, so won't be a full workout (though I'll fit in as much as possible). I will make sure to get in at least 30-40 minutes of cardio in addition to whatever she throws at me.

That sounds amazing to me, and a lot more than I'm doing! Although I did 13,000 at the Labour Day parade and the CNE afterwards...
