Question for fellow Dr Hagen patients. How much time off work does he advise?

Dr Hagan reccomended 4-6 weeks, I don't have a physically demanding job, but I'm on the move a lot and need to be alert at all times ( community mental health ). I needed a note clearing me to return which I got from the Kingston Clinic, and they would not provide that until minimum of 4 weeks off. I had 0 complications.

I had zero complication.. He recommends 4 - 6 weeks with no heavy lifting until 8 weeks.

Phone his secretary and ask her - but that was his guideline for me.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
