hi barb hope all is well with you, still got the glow on haha i love being thiner took me a wile to get used to it but got er down now!!! dr. pitt in Duluth minn.  did my surgery.

the only advice i can offer is keep sipping on your clear liquiids right now dont pu**** to much too soon.. I remember thinking omg what have i done to myself but IT DOES GET BETTER.  i lost a total of 196 lbs. and have gone up and down a few but not much it enjoyed the journey and had wonderful support from friends and family. follow the rules and you should have no problems, if you think there is something wrong get it cheaked out dont guess,listen to your body. hang on and I hope you enjoy the ride...
