4 Years Out and Feeling Fabulous!!

Just want to let my OH friends know that I'm still going strong and enjoying life to the max.  I would say that having this surgery has not only saved my life, but it has given it back tenfold!  I am grateful every day.  I started this journey in a 4X / 5X, some things a 6X, and at 4 years out, I have been wearing the same size jeans for 2 1/2 years now. Size 6!!  That is the longest time that I can remember ever fitting into one size clothing without going up or down. I now call myself a runner and know it is the truth, and something that I love to do!  For me, fitness is my saving grace from menopause, as I just turned 50 and feel fab!!!! Here is a before pic, and a few up to date ones.

WOW! You look awesome!! size 6?? That is great! my sister gave me size 14 pants and I am thinking "there is no way I am getting into those anytime soon..." and well I tried them on and I can actually zip them up! They are a bit tight still but I got them on! (I too used to be a 4 - 5 X and size 28 pants from a 56 inch waist down to a 42 and still going.....I want to lose another 30 - 40 pounds and the clinic thinks I can do it can't wait! lol)
