Oh Yeah Bars @ Costco

The sugar alcohols in them KILL me !  Ugh, sick lol  Have you ever tried the premier protein bars ? If I am in a pinch I will have 1/2 of one of those.  mmmm.  No sugar alcohols yay ! 

THanks also for the reminder that I have to go and get some shakes.  With 2 people in this house drinking 1 each a day, they don't last very long :)

Hey DNA,  I love the premier protein bars too.  I already have them at home and at work.  I just started finding the Oh Yeah bars and like their taste (now I know why I had previously seen posters raving about them!).

LOL, I had slept earlier in the evening, then was up for a bit and then slept another 4 hours.  Now I am ready to go to work.

These bars are great....tasty...filling....and reasonable stats and price when purchased at Costco

I keep one in my handbag at all times...then I am never "stuck" if I find myself without appropriate food and am hungry

I always have a carton of them in the house

Yes, and since they are half size they fit conveniently anywhere.

My Shoppers only had the smaller bars (45gr).  The small bars though are a great size for a snack.
