Year in Review and Year To Come
For taking the time to tell me that.
Do I see a 5k in your future!? Sure sounds like it! I still love to walk. Its the best form of exercise to me . I tend to listen to the worst music though when I walk. Lol. currently it's gagnam style. Haha
If you are exploring Toronto think of blogging about it. I'd love to
See photos and read about your walking . Just a thought anyway!
And yes anytime you wish to message me in the future I will be on
OH. I may post less but I am always reading.

A 5k? I don't see it, unless it's walking! :) I don't really like gyms, and I've never liked running, never even really wished I could run. I like exercise that happens when you're doing other things (e.g. walking TO places, or maybe swimming with friends, playing team sports, that kind of thing). Not that I do a whole lot of any of those things either except the walking, but those are the kind of things I think I'll be doing as I add more exercise into my life. :)
Do love Gangnam Style, though. That's such a fun song! Yes, it's ridiculous, and that's all part of the fun. :)
I have thought about doing that (blogging my explorations in Toronto), just for fun, and as a way for me to keep a bit of a diary along the way. I'm not on Facebook anymore, so it's hard to share pictures with friends and family nowadays!
Have a great New Year's Eve!

Thank you Dawn for being such an inspiration and hero to me. I appreciated all the letters, time, care and suggestions to help me with my journey to surgery this December. Your honesty in your blogs has helped me so much prior to surgery and through the last few weeks. Thanks for being so open to share the good the bad the ugly and the amazing things that can happen when you work this program and get a chance for a new start at life. I am so thankful for all the knowlege you have and have been willing to share to help with so many journeys. I'm very thankful for you. My goal in 2012 were to get this surgery and I'm so thankful it happened. I was trying to prepare myself for all the changes to come. 3) I was able to work on my walking and it was a big deal in physical therapy to be able to start to reach them. In 2013 1) listen to what my body needs and fuel it with protien and love. 2) Make new friends that are positive.3) Allow myself to enjoy the little steps up the hill and learn from the times I fall down. But always remember how far I have come and though things take more time for me my journey has wonderful possibilities.
